Rates effective September 2009 (in US Dollars)
Island base rate per day, up to 12 persons:  $37,500
For parties of 13-18 people, add $1,500 for each additional
person per day to the base rate of $37,500
For parties more than 18 people, add $1000 for each additional person per day to the rate of $46,500  (maximum of 24 people)

All meals and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, including fine wines and champagnes) and unlimited use of all island amenities.
